Schulte Group Recruiting and Shipping Office - Tallinn was established by Hanseatic Shipping Company in 1998 and is one of the four members of the SURECRUIT recruiting agencies covering the ex-Soviet Baltic States, North-Western Russia and the Ukraine, with offices in St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Riga and Odessa.

Being a member of the well known Schulte Group requires that our offices are manned with fully qualified and experienced staff.  Not only does the SURECRUIT network cover all states around the Baltic and the Black Sea, our seafarers can call at any regional group office and be employed under the same terms and conditions of employment.

Our criteria for the selection of seagoing personnel for our clients is based on the IMO STCW78/95 International Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers and the amendments to it adopted in 1995 but we also comply where required with special requirements of major Charterers of tanker tonnage.  The Company meets the requirements of all relevant international laws and regulations. 

Surecruit Tallinn is fully licensed in all crewing activities by the Estonian Government Authorities.  We have established good relationships with all relevant maritime authorities, embassies and consular sections to obtain travel visas and work permits.
